Don't have access to anything other than dumbbells? Good. That's why I designed this course. Dumbbells are the most versatile piece of equipment and you can literally workout every single muscle group using them.
What You Need
Yes you literally only need dumbbells. Now what range of weight do you need them in? That depends on where you are starting off from. Ideally I suggest at least three different weights:
A lighter weight (10lb-15lb).
A medium weight (20lb-30lb).
A heavier weight (40lb or higher)
This is not a one size fits all, everyone is starting at a different point when it comes to how much weight you can lift. The exercises themselves are great for any level. Whether you are starting off or have been at this for awhile.
The plan includes a complete workout that you can follow along to each day. The plan break up the muscle groups into different days so that we are most effectively working out.
In addition you will get instruction on how to set up your workout, how many days a week, how often to change things up and what you should expect as you move forward and progress.
The workouts are not extremely long, you don't have to workout a long time to gain muscle. If you've just got 30 - 45 minutes a day you are good to go.
