Makes 4 servings
4 chicken breasts diced
2 bell peppers cut in strips
1 yellow onion cut in strips
1 package fajita seasoning
1 TBSP Cumin
8 oz package mushrooms
8 count package of whole wheat tortillas
In skillet cook chicken on medium heat. Once browned add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms, cook until tender or desired crispiness.
Add fajita seasoning, juice from limes, and cumin.
Serve over fajitas and enjoy!
