Creamy Tomato Soup

    Looking for a creamy tomato soup? Look no further, this one is sure to hit the spot, whether having it all by itself or as a side.

    Makes 6 servings


    46 oz tomato juice

    1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes

    3 TBSP Stevia

    1 yellow onion diced

    4 cloves garlic minced

    2 TBSP basil

    2 TBSP parsley

    1 TBSP pepper

    2 cups half and half

    4 chicken bouillon cubes


    In large saucepan cook garlic and onion then add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
