Push Up Variations (How To Perform )

When it comes to the push ups there are several ways to perform them.

In this video I demonstrate the normal shoulder width stance which targets the biceps and chest. To perform it this way keep your hands about shoulder width apart.

The wide grip stance where your hands are as wide as you can go really puts more emphasis on the shoulders and delts.

Moving the hands in to form a triangle directly centered under your chest hits the triceps and chest.
