Turkey Taco Burrito Bowls

These Turkey Taco Bowls are sure to hit the spot whenever you are craving some tacos. Easy to make, and sure to please the whole family.

Makes 4 Servings


1 lb ground turkey

1 cup Basmati rice

1 - 15oz can of black beans

1 - 15 oz can of yellow corn

1 head of lettuce

2 tomatoes

1 avocado cubed

1 taco seasoning packet

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Optional: Non-Fat Sour Cream

Garnish with chopped Chives


Start rice, by bowling 1 1/2 cups of water. Once water is boiling, add rice, reduce heat and simmer with lid on pot.

Cook the ground turkey. Once browned, add taco seasoning, beans, and corn.

While turkey is cooking, cut up lettuce and tomatoes, and avocado.

Once the rice and turkey are fully cooked, evenly divide the rice and turkey mixture into 4 bowls, add, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Top with cheese, serve and enjoy!
